Teaching and research interests: Latin America (especially Central Mexico), US-Mexican Border Region (especially California); Ethnology of Violence and Feminist Ethnology: Vigilanz, Coloniality of Power, Racism, Gender, Migration, Intersectionality, Affect, Religion, Rituals, Cosmologies. Member of the CGC since 2021.
