You find women's studies and the study of gender relations an important topic?
You would like to be informed about the public lectures, colloquia and conferences of the Center?
You would like to participate in one or the other event, but you are no longer a student?
As a member of the Friends' Association, you have the opportunity to actively participate in and enthusiastically support an interdisciplinary research institution for which it is important to communicate the findings of science to society as well.
The Friends of the Cornelia Goethe Centrum were founded on April 24, 1998. It supports the work of the Center materially, e.g. by assuming printing costs, and ideally through various publicity measures. These include, above all, the annual presentation of the Cornelia Goethe Award at the Cornelia Goethe Salon.
An essential part of the annual general meeting of the Friends' Association is a public lecture that addresses a socially relevant topic. The speakers come from both academia and the non-academic environment.
As a member of the Friends' Association, you have the opportunity to actively participate and to provide committed support.
I cordially invite you to make use of this opportunity.
