We grieve for Adrian de Silva

We mourn Adrian de Silva, who passed away after a serious illness in the summer of 2023. Adrian de Silva researched trans* activism in Germany and was one of the central voices in German trans* and queer studies. He is missed. Adrian’s book Negotiating the Borders of the Gender Regime. Call for Proposals: Small Gender Projects at Goethe-University (until 30.9.)

Once a year, Goethe University Frankfurt funds projects in women’s and gender studies with a grant of 50% up to a maximum of €3,000; the faculties must finance the other 50%.
